Web / Ftp Statistics
In this area you can view statistics about your website from the TallyHost control panel.
- Only the "latest visitors" feature is a live feed
- Statistical reports are updated every 24 hours.
- Bandwidth is updated every 6 hours.
- Times are estimates and subject to change.
When comparing data from each statistics program you should only compare data that is at least 36 hours old to ensure updates have occured and you're getting the correct information.
Analog Stats
A fast and lightweight summary of Analog produces a simple summary of the people who have visited your site.
Awstats
Awstats is a usefull program that produces nice looking stats that include:
- Site Summary
- Latest Visitors
- Authenticated Users (full list, last visit)
- Robots/Spiders Visitors (full list, last visit)
- Visits Duration
- Files Type
- Page Views
- Operating Systems
- Browsers
- Refering Search Engines
- Refering Sites
- Search Keyphrases (what visitors typed in a search engine to find your site).
- Search Keywords (same as keyphrases, but words instead).
- HTTP Error codes
- Pages Not Found
- More
Webalizer and Webalizer FTP
Webalizer is a popular stats program that produces a nice variety of charts and graphs about who has visited your site website and FTP including:
- Total Hits
- Total Files
- Total Pages
- Total Visits
- Total KBytes
- Unique Sites
- Unique URLs
- Hits per Hour
- Hits per Day
- Files per Day
- Pages per Day
- Visits per Day
- KBytes per Day
Subdomain Stats
This shows statistics for the subdomains on your account.
Latest Visitors
The last 300 visitors who came to your site and some interesting information about them.
Bandwidth
This shows how many bytes your account has transferred.
Error Log
This shows errors in your site, images not loading, missing files, etc. This is very useful, check it often!
